Cancellation Policy
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: Due to a high volume of appointment requests and in order to be respectful to our staff's time we require 24 hours notice to reschedule, change or cancel your appointment. Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee. No shows or same day cancellations will result in being charged 100% of the service booking. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice we miss the opportunity to service other clients + the loss of revenue negatively impacts us. If you need to cancel or reschedule to a later time/day, please call us 416-463-8543. We thank you for your understanding!
Changes to Appointment: We understand that things can change at the last minute however when you remove a service or make changes in the moment it leaves us without a booking that we could have filled if we did not hold the time for you. These changes to your appointment fall within our cancellation policy, “less the 24 hours notice” resulting in a 50% cancellation fee.
Booking Policy: All appointments require a valid credit card to book, no charges are made to your card at time of booking. Our booking system is PCI DDS compliant + holds credit card info encrypted - we have no access to view your information. The card on file will ONLY be used if an appointment is a no show or not within our cancellation policy. Thank you for understanding.
